120 t转炉生产42CrMoA合结钢水口结瘤分析及改善措施

Analysis and Improvement Measures for Nodulation of Nozzle about Production of 42CrMoA Alloy Steel Melted by 120 t BOF

摘要: 分析了120 t转炉生产42CrMoA合结钢(/%:0.28~0.45C,0.17-0.37Si,0.50~0.80Mn,≤0.020P,≤0.020S,0.90~1.20Cr,0.15~0.25Mo,Cu≤0.20,Ni≤0.30,0.015~0.035Al)塞棒和浸入式水口结瘤原因。分析表明塞棒结瘤物的主要为Al2O3和高熔点的CaO·2Al2O3类钙铝酸盐,浸入式水口结瘤物主要为Al2O3夹杂物聚集。通过控制转炉终点碳在0.18%~0.28%、转炉出钢钢水溶解氧含量< 200×10-6、调整精炼终点钙铝参数(0.020%~0.030%Al;0.001 5%~0.003 0%Ca)、连铸保护浇铸工艺实施等措施,解决了转炉生产42CrMoA合结钢塞棒和水口结瘤问题。

Abstract: The reasons for the slug nodulation of 42CrMoA alloy steel (/% :0.28 〜0.45C,0. 17 〜0.37Si,0.50 ~ 0. 80Mn, ≤ 0.020P,≤ 0.020S,0.90-1.20Cr, 0.15 ~0.25Mo, Cu≤0.20, Ni≤ 0.30, 0.015 ~0.035A1) melted by 120 t BOF and the submerged nozzle were analyzed. The results showed that the main nodule nodules were Al2O3 and CaO·2Al2O3  aluminates with high melting point. By controlling the end point carbon of converter in 0. 18% to 0. 28% , the dissolved oxygen content of the molten steel in converter is less than 200 x 10-6, the parameters of calcium aluminum (0.020% ~0.030% Al; 0.001 5% ~0.003 0% Ca) at the end point of refining, and the casting technology of continuous casting are implemented, the nodulation of 42CrMoA junction steel stopper and the nozzle of the converter is solved.
