铁水罐喷吹脱磷在400系不锈钢70tAOD一步法冶炼工艺中的应用

摘要: 不锈钢厂采用铁水罐喷吹脱磷工艺为70tAOD提供优质的低磷铁水冶炼400系列不锈钢,取代原电弧炉冶炼环节,实现了新型一步法冶炼不锈钢工艺。生产实践表明,铁水罐喷吹脱磷起始[P]为0.20%,处理后铁水[P]为0.001%0.010%,[C]≥3.2%,温度≥1320℃,完全满足后续AOD冶炼400系不锈钢的需要,与原70tEAF-AOD流程相比,生产成本大幅降低。

Abstract: The iron ladle injecting dephosphorization process is adopted to supply quality low phosphorus hot metal for a 70t AOD to melt 400 series stainless steel and replace the EAF melting link at stainless steel works, finally the new 1-step stainless steel steelmaking process is realized. The production practice shows that the initial hot metal [P] is 0. 20% , after iron ladle injecting dephosphorization treatment the hot metal [P] is 0.001%~0.010% , the hot metal [C] ≥3. 2% and temperature ≥1320°C , it is wholly to meet the requirement for AOD steelmaking 400 series stainless steels, as compared with original 70t EAF-AOD flowsheet, the production cost reduces greatly.
