高强度螺栓用QB30冷镦钢盘条的研发与生产

Development and Production of QB30 Cold Heading Steel Wire-Rod for High Strength Bolt

摘要: 开发的QB30冷镦钢盘条(/%:0.27~0.32C,≤0.20Si,0.90~1.10Mn,≤0.020P,≤0.020S)的冶金流程为铁水预脱硫-80t BOF-LF-RH真空脱气-4流280mm×325mm方坯连铸机-堆冷处理-开坯-修磨-高速线材轧制工艺。通过BOF高拉碳补吹操作控制BOF终点[C]0.07%0.15%和[P]≤0.013%,铁水[P]≤0.095%和[S]≤0.03%,控制LF精炼渣碱度R=4~10,(FeO+MnO)≤1.0%,RH真空度≤90 Pa等工艺措施,QB30钢φ18mm盘条的抗拉强度为591 MPa,伸长率29%,断面收缩率60%,氮含量0.004 0%,总氧含量0.0018%,非金属夹杂0~1.5级,满足用户使用要求。

Abstract: The metallurgical flowsheet for developed cold heading steel QB3O wire-rod (/% : 0. 27 〜0. 32C,≤0. 20Si, 0. 90 ~ 1. lOMn,≤0. 020P,≤ 0. 020S) is hot metal pre-desulphurization- 80 t BOF- LF- RH vacuum degassing- 4 strands 280 mm x 325 mm bloom casting- stacking cooling- blooming- grinding- high speed wire rolling process. With the process measures including using BOF high catch carbon reblow practice, controlling BOF end [C] 0. 07% ~0. 15% and [P]≤ 0. 013% , hot metal [P] ≤0. 095% and [S]≤ 0. 03% , controlling LF refining slag basicity R = 4~10 and (FeO + MnO) ≤l. 0% , and RH vacuum ≤90 Pa, of φ18 mm wire coil of steel QB30 the tensile strength is 591 MPa, elongation is 29% and reduction of area is 60% , the nitrogen content and total oxygen content in steel respectively are 0.004 0% and 0.001 8% , and the rating of non-metal inclusions in steel is 0 ~ 1. 5 to meet the requirement of user.
