Productive Practice of Refining with a 300 t RH Unit for IF Steel

摘要: IF钢在300 t RH脱碳处理前要求控制转炉终点[C]≤0.06%,终点[O]0.05%~0.08%,出钢温度1 680~1 700℃;吹氩站钢包顶渣的(FeO)和(CaO)/(Al2O3)分别由原来的12.2%和6.7降至5.0%和1.7,以增加其吸附夹杂的能力;根据生产数据,建立了RH脱碳操作的自动计算模型,有效提高RH精炼过程各项技术指标的命中率,使平均[O]和[C]分别由RH脱碳前的0.046%和0.031%降至RH脱碳终点的0.035 0%和0.001 3%。

Abstract: Before decarbonizing refining IF steel by a 300 t RH unit, it is required to control converter end [C] ≤ 0. 06% , end [O] 0. 05% ~ 0. 08% and taping temperature 1 680 〜1 700 ℃; at argon injection station the (FeO) and (CaO)/(Al2O3) of ladle slag are modified and decreased respectively from original 12. 2% and 6. 7 to 5. 0% and 1. 7 to increase its ability to adsorb inclusions. Based on production data, an auto-calculation model for RH decarburizing operation is established effectively to improve the percentage of hits of each technical index during RH refining, and the average [O] and [C] decrease respectively from 0. 046% and 0. 031 % at the beginning of RH decarburizing to 0. 035 0% and 0. 001 3% at end of RH decarburizing.
