KR机械搅拌法铁水预处理脱硫的生产实践

Production Practice of Hot Metal Pretreatment Desulphurization by KR Mechanical Stirring Method

摘要: 通过KR机械搅拌法和喷吹法各自优势的比较,选用了KR法对205 t铁水进行脱硫预处理。所使用的脱硫剂的主要成分为(%):76~80CaO、7~12CaF2、≤5SiO2。生产结果表明,经KR搅拌法预处理后,铁水中硫含量可降至0.005%以下,搅拌头使用寿命可达270炉;经KR法预处理铁水总时间为35~42min;转炉冶炼时回硫量不高于0.002%。

Abstract: The KR method is selected for pretreated desulphurization of 205 t hot metal according to the comparison results of advantages and characteristics between KR mechanical stirring method and jetting method. The main ingredient of used desulphurizing agent is (%) 76 ~80CaO, 7 〜12CaF2, ≤5SiO2. Production results show that after pretreatment by KR stirring method, the sulfur content in hot metal may decrease to less than 0. 005% ; the service life of stirring head is 270 heats; the total pretreated time by KR method is 35 - 42 min ; and the desulfurization amount in converter melting is less than 0. 002%.
