LF合金加料及终点预测模型的研究

A Study on Prediction Models for Alloying Charging and End Analysis during Ladle Furnace Refining

摘要: 以新余钢厂110 t钢包精炼炉(LF)冶炼数据为基础,建立了低C微合金化钢LF精炼时的合金加料和终点成分预报模型。50炉精炼结果表明,该模型对新余1~#中碳铬合金与钼铁合金的所加入量预测结果基本准确,对精炼的终点成分Cr、Mo的预测值的准确度也达到95%以上。

Abstract: Based on refining data of 110 t ladle refining furnace at Xinyu Steel Works, the prediction models for alloys adding amount and end analysis during refining of low carbon microalloying steels in ladle furnace have been established. 50 heats refining results show that the prediction results for adding amount of Xinyu Nol medium carbon chromium alloy and molybdenum iron alloy is basically accurate and the degree of accuracy for prediction value of end analysis of Cr and Mo in steel is more than 95%.
