150 t转炉-LF + RH流程生产GCrl5轴承钢的有害元素控制

Controlling of Deleterious Elements in Bearing Steel GCrl5 Produced by 150 t LD-LF + RH Flow Sheet

摘要: 本钢炼钢厂采用铁水脱硫-150t转炉-LF+RH-TB精炼-350mm×470mm坯连铸流程生产GCr15轴承钢。通过使用优质铁水(%:0.000 2Ca、0.002 7Cu、≤0.001As、≤0.001Sn、≤0.001Sb、0.002Pb),控制铁水中[P]≤0.040%,[S]≤0.003%/,转炉出钢合金化后[Ti]为12×10-6,控制LF+RH精炼过程增[Ti],LF末期[Als] 0.04%等工艺措施,有效地控制GCr15轴承钢的有害元素,使成品钢[Ti]≤30×10-6,[Ca]≤8×10-6,[O]≤8×10-6,[N]≤38×10-6,[H]≤0.8×10-6,轧材低倍、夹杂物等指标均达到标准要求。

Abstract: The GCrl5 bearing steel is produced by hot metal desulphurizing - 150 t LD - LF + RH - TB refining - 350 mm x 470 mm bloom concasting flow sheet at steelmaking plant, Benxi Steel. With the operation practices including using quality hot metal (0. 000 2Ca, 0. 002 7Cu, ≤0. 001 As, ≤0. 001 Sn, ≤O.OOlSh, 0. 002Pb) , controlling hot metal ≤0. 040% [ P] and ≤0. 003% [S] , 12 x 10-6 [TiJ after alloying in LD tapping, controlling increment of [Ti] in LF + RH refining process, 0. 04% [ Als] at end phase of refining, the deleterious elements in bearing steel GCr15 was controlled effectively, e. g. [Ti]≤30x10-6, [Ca]≤8x10-6. [0]≤8x10-6, [N] ≤38 x 10-6, [H] ≤0. 8x10-6, and micro- structure, inclusion index etc of rolled products all met the requirements of standard.
