摘要: 研究了钢中Ti回收率的影响因素、Ti含量对钢中Ti夹杂物含量和奥氏体晶粒长大倾向的影响,以及C-Ti对20CrMnTi钢淬透性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Ti含量超过0.03%时,20CrMnTi钢中Ti夹杂物含量明显增加;当Ti含量从0.01%增至0.04%,980℃1h处理后钢中晶粒度从5级提高到8级;当控制C-Ti= 0.12%时,钢的淬透性带的宽度为HRC 4~6。
Abstract: The influence factors on Ti yield ratio, the effect of Ti content on Ti inclusion content in steel and austenite grain growth tendency and the effect of C - Ti on hardenability and mechanical properties of gear steel 20CrMnTi have been studied. Results showed that with Ti content more than 0. 03% , the amount of Ti inclusion in steel increased obviously, with increasing Ti content from 0. 01% to 0. 04% , the austenite grain rating at 980 ℃ fbr Ih increased from 5 to 8, and with controlling C-Ti = 0. 12% , the width of hardenability band of steel was HRC 4-6.
