连铸结晶器铜板及镀层的应用进展

Application Progress of Concasting Mould Copper Plate and Coat Material

摘要: 在正常冷却条件下,结晶器内壁工作温度为250~350℃,结晶器铜板应具有良好的导热性和抗变形能力,有较高的高温强度、表面精度和耐磨性。Ag-Cu和Cr-Zr-Cu板使用寿命优于脱氧铜和紫铜。结晶器铜板镀层的作用是:避免结晶器铜板产生星状裂纹;防止铜渗入铸坯;提高润滑性和耐磨性。目前主要采用Ni+Cr和Ni-Co镀层及其他开发的新合金镀层。文中分析了铜板及镀层的特点和应用情况。

Abstract: The service temperature of inner wall of mould at normal conditions is 250~350 ℃, the mould copperplate should have better thermal conductivity and resistance to deformation, higher high temperature strength, surface precision and wear resistance. The service life of Ag-Cu and Cr-Zr-Cu is longer than that of peroxiding copper and pure copper, The effect of plate coating layer of mould is to avoid copper plate forming star-shaped crack, prevent copper permeating cast billet and increase lubrication and wear resistance of mould. At present main adopted plate coat materials are Ni+Cr,Ni-Co and developed new alloy coating materials. The characteristics and application status are analyzed in this paper.
