连铸板坯行波电磁搅拌器磁感应强度的影响因素

Influence Factors on Magnetic Induction of Traveling Wave Electromagnetic Stirrer for Slab Concasting

摘要: 采用三维高斯计在实验室测定了自行研制的板坯连铸用行波搅拌器的磁场变化规律。结果表明,在给定输入频率与两相对磁极间距下研制的双侧搅拌器的磁感应强度随输入电流的增加呈线性增加,为了使搅拌器中心的磁感应强度达到600×10-4T,输入电流约为600 A。在(180~220)mm×(900~1 630)mm板坯连铸机单侧二冷电磁搅拌现场测试结果表明,如采用所研制的双侧直线型电磁搅拌器时,输入电流只要445~595 A,中心磁场的磁感应强度即可达(450~600)×10-4T,有效地提高了搅拌效率。

Abstract: The evolution law of magnetic induction of traveling wave stirer developed for the concasting slab was determined by using 3- dimensional Gauss meter in laboratory. The test results showed that the magnetic induction of developed two-side stirrer linearly increased with increasing input current at given input frequency and distance between relative magnetie pale pairs,and as the input curent was ~600 A, the magnetic induction at center of stirer was up to 600×10-4 T. The measured results using  single  side  secondary  cooling magnetic  stiring in  situ  of(180~220)mmx(900~1630)mm slab concaster obtained that as input curent only is 445~595 A developed two side stirer the magnetic induction at center magnetic  field  shall  be  up  to(450~600)×10-4  T,it  is  available  to  increase  stiring  eficiency,
