石钢50t电弧炉炼钢炉料结构对电耗的影响

摘要: 用铁钢比描述二元炉料结构 ,通过SPSS统计软件对石钢 5 0t电弧炉 12 4 9炉的两批炉料结构以及废钢铁水、吨钢电耗等进行了统计学分析。用回归分析法进一步得吨钢电耗 (SEC)和铁钢比 (ISP)之间定量关系 ,第 1批SEC =402e-0.59ISP, 第 2批SEC =327e-0.49ISP。结果表明 ,随炉料铁钢比由 0 .5 6增加至 1.11时 ,吨钢电耗下降 53kWh t。

Abstract: The statistics data of charging structure as well as scrap, hot metal and electric pawer consumption per ton steel of two batches 1249 heats of a 50t arc furnace at Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel have been analyzed by using Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) software and iron-steel ratio to describe binary charging structure. The results showed that with charging iron-steel ratio increasing the electric power consumption per ton steel decreased. And the quantity relation between specific electric power consumption per ton steel (SEC)and iron-steel proportion (ISP)for two batches was obtained by curve regressive method, that is SEC= 402 e-0.59ISP for first batch and SEC= 327 e-0.49ISP for second batch, as iron-steel proprotein increased from 0.56 to 1. 11, the electric pawer consumption per ton steel decreased by 53 kWh/t.
