Effect of Boron on Hot Workability,Structure and Mechanical Properties of Austenite Heat Resistant Steel TP347H[J]. Special Steel, 2008, 29(2): 23-25.DOI:
Test steels were melted by a 25 kg vacuum induction furnace in argon protective atmosphere with charging of austenite heat resistant steel TP347H (0.07C
17.98Cr
10.78Ni
0.70Nb
0.0267N) for super critical pressure boil- er and adding 0~0. 16%B. Results showed that as added ≥0.02%B the austenite grain of test steel obviously coarsened and forging billet of steel cracked as forging at 1200~950 ℃;as added about 0.01%B the austenite heat resistance steel has optimum comprehensive properties i.e. tensile strength of steel at ambient was 615 MPa
the stress-rupture life and e- longation of steel with 120 MPa at 750 ℃ were respectively 230 h and 42%.
