提高铁水温度
则增大脱硫效果;在铁水硫含量为0.043%-0.046%、铁水温度为1 290~1 310℃时
加入600~650 kg脱硫剂(铁水温度1 340~1 350℃时
加入450-550 kg脱硫剂)
搅拌时间5-8 min
旋转速度85~90 r/min
具有较佳的脱硫效果。
