摘要

利用所建立的热轧微合金化钢板带晶粒尺寸仿真系统对开轧温度、变形速度、变形程度分配、道次间隙时间等工艺参数对晶粒尺寸的影响进行模拟分析和计算，在此基础上建立了晶粒尺寸与工艺参数间关系的BP网络模型，进而建立了工艺优化模型，以充分利用静态再结晶机制，细化微合金钢板带的晶粒。
