本钢采用优质铁水预处理-120 t转炉冶炼、硅铝钡锶钙复合脱氧-钢包精炼喷Si-Ca粉+RH-TB真空脱气-5 t铸锭-轧制工艺生产230 mm×230 mm×1 350 mm LZ50轴坯钢。生产结果表明
由于控制C0.47%~0.50%
Si 0.20%~0.35%
Mn 0.71%~0.85%
且钢中P、S≤0.02%

Abstract
The 230mm×230 mm×1350 mm LZ50 steel billet for vehicle axle is produced by quality hot metal pretreatmnent - 120 t converter melting and SiAlBaSrCa combined deoxidiing- ladle refiring with Si-Ca powder injection + RH- TB vacuum degassing- 5 t ingot casting - rolling process. The production results showed that due to controlling C content be- tween0.47%~0.50%

the LZ50 steel billet had excellent macro structure and constant mechanical properties
