摘要

采用平板滑动实验研究了表面相组成、表面粗糙度、拉速、压力及涂油品种等因素对汽车用合金化热镀锌IF钢表面摩擦系数的影响。研究发现对于合金化热镀锌IF钢表面存在大量柱状ζ相的镀层表面，其表面摩擦系数通常大于以粒状δ相为主的镀层表面；以柱状5相为主的镀层表面，当镀层表面存在大量尺寸较大的“火山口”状形貌时，其表面摩擦系数相对较小。

the friction coefficient usually higher that surface coating mainly containing granular δ phase; as there were a lot of larger scale “crater” morphology in surface coating mainly containing columnar ζ phase

the friction coefficient was relatively lower.
