The effect of 10% pre-deformation on aging dynamic behavior of an ultra-low-carbon-bainitic steel 0.042~ 0.045C- 1.43~1.48Mn-0.30~0.33Si-0.70~0.73Ni-0.29~0.30Mo-0.025~0.029Nb-0.011~0.019Ti
0.0013~0.0023B containing 0.98~2.90Cu at temperature 450 ℃ and 550 ℃ for 1~10

min.The test result showed that the peak hardness of e-Cu precipitation dynamic curves occurred during ageing of steel; as the steel was pre-deformed the time occurred peak hardness of e-Cu precipitation obviously decreased and the value of peak hardness increased appreciably. The effect of pre-deformation was more evident for steel aging at 450 ℃
