Abstract
The 9.50 mm strip of X60 pipeline steel (0.03~0.07C
1.2~1.6Mn
Nb+V+Ti≤0. 15)has been developed by 150 t EAF-LF-50~60 mm cast slab-hot continuous rolling process and Nb-Ti compound-alloying technology at Zhujang Steel. Examination results showed that the structure of strip was ferrite + minor pearlite with grain size rating 11.5~12.0 and banded structure rating ≤1.5
the yield strength of was 440~505 MPa
charpy impact energy at 0 ℃ was 140~270 J. Its comprehensive properties meet the requirement of API-5L technical standard and engineering application.
