0.85~1.15Mn
0.26~0.35S
0.15~0.35Pb易切削钢12L14。生产结果表明
通过给料机向中间包冲击区连续加入直径20 mm铅丸
加入速度为120粒/min
同时进行中间包吹氩搅拌
铸坯断面铅含量差值为±0.02%
铅回收率为60%~70%。用户使用结果表明
该钢具有良好的切削性能。
Abstract
The free cutting steel 12L14(≤0. 15C
0.85~1. 15Mn
0.26~0.35S
0. 15~0.35Pb)is produced by process of 60 t Consteel electric are fumace - alloying during EBT tapping- concasting at Guiyang Stecl. The production results showed that the difference in content of lead at section of cast billet was ±0.02% and the yield of lead was 60%~ 70% by feeding mechanism continuously to add 20 mm diameter balls with adding rate 120 pills/min in impact zone of tundish and argon stiring in tundish. The results of cutting by user indicated that the steel had excellent cutting property.
