摘要

涟钢CSP连铸连轧流程为SMS-DEMAG公司的第2代CSP技术。主要流程为3×100 t顶底复吹转炉-3×100 t钢包炉(LF)-2流4555 mm CSP连铸-辊底式均热炉-7架连轧机。该生产线2004年投产

预计2005年产量超过270万t。简要分析和介绍了涟钢CSP流程的装备、技术特性和生产实践

并提出进一步挖掘涟钢CSP流程潜力的技术思路。

Abstract

The CSP concasting and continuous rolling flow sheet at Lianyuan Steel is second generation CSP technology of SMS-DEMAG

of which the main process is 3×100 t top and bottom combined blown converters- 3×100 t ladle fumaccs (LF)- two strand 45~55 mm thin slab CSP concasting-roller-hearth pit soaking furnace - 7-stand continuous rolling mill. The production line was put into production in 2004

and predicted annual output in 2005 shall be more than 2.7×10⁶t. The equipment

technical characteristics and production practice of CSP process at Lianyuan Steel are analyzed and present- ed

and the technology idea for further tapping CSP process potential at Lianyuan Steel is put forward.
