The effect af V content in compound addition of 0. 14~0.31V-0.05Nb on structure and properties of ferrite heat resistant steel 0. 11C- 11.89~12. 19Cr- 1.86~1.90W-0.37~0.38Mo-0.9Cu has been studied.The research results found that with V content increasing
the volume fraction of δ ferrite in steel increased
while the tensile strength at ambient temperature and at 650 ℃ and creep rupture strength at 650 ℃ gradually decreased; and the tensile strength at ambient temperature and the tensile strength and creep rupture strength at 650 ℃ of T122 steel contained 0. 19V were higher. The change of V content influenced precipitation behavior of Ma Ce
MX and Laves phase insteel
where the precipitated strengthening effect of 0. 19V-0.05Nb was best.
