摘要

北满特钢用90tEBT 电弧炉-LF(VD)-240mm×240mm方坯连铸生产CCr15轴承钢。GCr15轴承钢钢包精炼时采用碱度为4.46的高碱度渣系，用含32.8%Al的脱氧剂，并进行25 min VD真空处理，保持 [Als]≤0.030%

统计结果表明GCr15轴承钢的氧含量≤8×10-⁶

Abstract

The CCr15 bearing steel is produced by a 90 t EBT arc furnace-LF(VD)-240 mm×240 mm billet concasting process at Beiman Special Steel. The statistic results showed that with using 4.46 high basicity slag series

deoxidant containing 32.8% Al

VD vacuum treatment for 25 min and controlling [Als

the oxygen content in GCr15 bearing steel was ≤8×10
