摘要

与淬回火调质钢比较

空冷非调质钢不但能降低成本

而且可避免热处理所引起的零件变形

减少机械性能的偏差。介绍了空冷铁素体-珠光体高韧性非调质钢、贝氏体和马氏体非调质钢的进展以及当前国内非调质钢的生产和应用。

Abstract

By comparison with quenching and tempering steels the non-quenched-tempered steels not only decrease production cost but also can avoid deformation of parts by heat treatment and decrease deviation of mechanical properties. The advance in ferrite-pearlite high toughness non-quenched-tempered steels

bainite and martensite non-quenched-tempered steels and current production and application of domestic non-quenched-tempered steel are presented.
