采用55t 转炉+60t 钢包精炼炉，150mm×150mm4 流弧形连铸机，短应力连轧机组生产425 mm 非调质钢 F40MnV(%:0.39～0.43C

0.011～0.018S)。钢中氧含量[0

。钢的化学成分、力学性能、纯洁度、高低倍组织均达到标准和用户要求。为控制钢中N 含量可选择加 VN 合金，在微合金化时增氮。
