根据C90耐腐蚀油管对力学性能和抗腐蚀性能的要求

设计和开发出成分(%)为:C 0.24

Cr3.05

Mo 0.48

Ti 0.02的Cr3型C90级耐腐蚀油管用钢。衡钢采用30 t EBT电弧炉-LF(VD)-Φ110~140 mm HCC工艺生产的Cr3型C90级耐腐蚀管用钢力学性能为σ

51~60 J。按API5CT试验

该钢抗硫化氢应力腐蚀率为:液相0.2375 mm/a

气相0.6263 mm/a

优于28CrMoTi钢和SM90钢。

Abstract

According to requirement of mechanical properties and anti-corrosion for C90 anti-corrosion steel

the Cr3 steel -0.24C

3.05Cr

0.02Ti has been designed and developed. The mechanical properties of C90 anti-corrosion steel Cr3 produced by 30 t EBT are furnace -LF(VD)-φ110~140 mm HCC process at Hengyang Steel were σ

51~60 J.With test according to API5CT

the anti- hydrogen sulphide corosion rate was 0.2375 mm/a in liquid phase and 0.6263 mm/a in gas phase which is higher than that of steel 28CrMoTi and steel SM90.
