Abstract
The 12%Cr type steels- 1Cr12Mo and 2Cr12NiMolW1V for turbine blades have been pilot produced by 30 t EAF+ VOD-ESR(2~3 t ingot)-825mm mill at Changcheng Special Steel.The results showed that as 1Cr12Mo steel analysis was C 0.13~0.15
