实验研究了成分(%)为0.16C、0.25Si、0.40Mn、0.05P、0.03S Q235钢90 mm×90 mm 电渣重熔 连铸坯表面质量的影响因素。结果表明,高电压(53.4V) 和合宜电流(2400 A)熔炼;用低熔化温度和电导率 的渣系;大填充比;良好的结晶器状况和供电方式均有利于钢坯获得良好的表面质量。

flux of lower melting point and lower electro-conductibility
