摘要

北满特钢通过90 t电弧炉-LF(VD)精炼-240 mm×240 mm方坯连铸-连轧工艺生产④65、φ70 mm链轨节钢35MnBM(%:0.35C、1.25Mn

0.0018B、0.029Al

0.09V)。通过VD处理和全程无氧化保护浇铸，使[N]≤ 78×10-6

钢中非金属夹杂物为0~2级，无发纹，晶粒度、组织和淬透性均满足标准要求。

0.09V)was produced by 90 t electric arc fumace-LF(VD)refining -240 mm×240 mm billet concasting - continuous rolling process at Beiman Special Steel. With VD treatment and whole period shield casting practice the[N] was ≤78× 10-6

the rating of non- metallic inclusions in steel was 0~2

no hair crack was detected and the grain size

structure and hardenability of steel all met the requirement of standard
