0.80~1. 10Mn) has obtained according to analysis on influence factors on fluxes viscosity and surface tension and by orthogonal test of which the viscosity and surface tension are 0.72 Pa · s and 0.43 N/m respectively. The 94 heats production data using optimum refining slag in a 100 t LF indicated that the micro inclusion amount and large inclusion content in molten steel after refining decreased by 22.6% and 35.4% respectively as compared that of using original refining slag
and the qualified heat rate for cleanliness increased to 98. 1% from original 96.8%.
