Structure and texture orientation of 50W600 cold rolled non-orientation electrical steel(0.003~0.008C
0.3Si)during annealing at 700~760 ℃ for 3~360 s
water cooling have been studied by metallography and electron back-scattering spectrum difraction analysis.Results showed that incrensing annealing temperature the rate of recrystaliza-tion and grain size increased; during annealing at 740 ℃
as annealing time increased from 10 s to 360 s
the rate of recrys-tallization increased from 22.5% to 100% and average grain size increased from 3.08 μm to 17.17 μm
and the density of recrystallization texture at α- fibre decreased
as annealing for 15 s the density of {001}〈110〉
{112}〈110〉
{111}〈110〉 and {110}〈110〉was abot 1.5 and the density of {111}〈011〉 and {111}〈112〉at γ-fibre was steadily about 0.25.
