Effect of Normalizing and Annealing on Magnetic Properties of Non- oriented Electrical Steel Produced by Simulated CSP Process[J]. Special Steel, 2008, 29(2): 10-12.DOI:
Two non-oriented electrical steels 0.005C-0.42Si and 0.002C-0.98Si were produced by the simulated CSP (compact strip production process):30 kg vacuum induction furnace-50 mm cast slab-2.0~2.3 mm hot rolled plate - 0.5 mm cold rolled sheet process. Results showed that after normalizing at 900 ℃ for 5min
the iron lose P.sso of two e- lectrical steels reduced respectively from original7.01 W/kg and7.34 W/kg to6.49 W/kg and 5.96 W/kg
and after 820~910 ℃ annealing
with increasing annealing temperature the iron lose of cold rolled sheet decreased to 5.15 W/kg.
