The plane-strain compression test with strain rate 10 s-1 and 50 s-1 at 900~1200 ℃ for forged dual phase stainless steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N has been carried out by Gleeble 3800 simulation test machine.Test results showed that with increasing deformation temperature the peak resistance to deformation of the dual phase steel abruptly decreased and as the strain rate increased from 10 s-1 to 50 s-1 the peak stress of dual phase steel increased by 40~60 MPa; with deformation at 1000~1200 ℃ the recovery and recrystallization of ferrite structure in steel occurred where austenite partially softened by accumulation of dislocation and formation of subgrain boundary.
