当连铸时钢水过热度≤35℃
轧制压缩比为12.58~20.38时
220 mm×220 mm连铸坯的加热时间≥8 h
轧制的GCr15轴承钢φ55~70 mm成品轧材中心疏松≤1.5级
带状组织≤1.5级
可以满足GB/T18254-2002标准要求。
Abstract
The process of 100t DCEAF+LF+VD-220 mm×220 mm continuous billet -rolling mill to rollφ 55~70 mm GCr15 bearing steel bar has been developed. Process test results showed that with overheating temperature of molten steel during continuous casting ≤35 ℃
heating time of 220 mm×220 mm billet ≥8 h
rolling reduction 12.58~ 20.38
the central porosity rating of φ55~70 mm finished rolled products of CCr15 bearing steel was ≤1.5
the banded structure rating≤1.5 to meet the requirement of standard GB/T18254-2002.
