试验研究了合金钢液(%:0.42C、1.15Cr、0.20Mo)-炉渣(CaO-SiO

钢中MgO·Al2O3生成的热力学条件
并借助热力学计算得出MgO
MgO·Al
和Al
三相平衡及转变关系图。结果表明
当钢中[Al
]
为0.0001%时
若[Mg
≥2×10
-6
%
则能生成MgO·Al
。试验钢液与炉渣平衡时[Mg
为0.0004%~0.0005%
[Al
为0.0045%~0.0060%
处于理论计算MgO·Al
生成区域
使钢中夹杂物主要为MgO·Al
。
The thermodynamic conditions of formation of MgO.Al
in alloy steel (0. 42C
1. 15Cr
0. 20Mo) with liquid steel being in equilibrium with slag (CaO-SiO
-MgO) has been tested and studied
and the diagram of MgO- MgO.Al
-A
l
three phases equilibrium and transformation relation has been obtained. Results showed that the MgO.Al
could formed in steel as [Al
was 0. 000 1% and [Mg
was N2 x IO
% . With test liquid steel being in equilibrium with slag
the [Mg
was 0. 000 4% ~ 0.000 5% and [Al
was 0. 004 5% ~ 0.006 0% which was in theory- calculated MgO.Al
formation zone led to formation o£
main inclusion MgO.Al
in steel.
