The cold rolled tube φ51 mm×6 mm and φ60 mm×6 mm of T91(10Cr9MolVNb)steel piot produced by gcrap + DRI+ pig iron- 100t UHP EAF-LF(VD)-CCM(EMS) φ210 mm round billet-hot rolling tube φ89 mm×7 mm -cold rolling process at Tianjin Pipe. The continuous cooling transformation curves of overcooling austenite and mechanical properties of produced T91 steel tube were examined. Results showed that due to addition of V(0.20%)and Nb(0.09%)and control of N content in steel(0.032%)
the mechanical properties of T91 steel tube at ambient and 200~600 ℃ met to requirement of standard ASME SA-213M.
