摘要

天津钢管集团股份有限公司采用废钢+DRI+生铁-100 t UHP EAF-LF(VD)-CCM(EMS)Φ210 mm圆坯-热轧Φ89 mm×7 mm管-冷轧工艺流程试生产了T91(10Cr9Mo1VNb)钢Φ51 mm×6 mm和Φ60 mm×6 mm冷轧管。测试了所生产的T91钢管过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线和钢管的力学性能。结果表明

由于添加V(0.20%)和Nb(0.09%)并控制钢中N含量(0.032%)

使T91钢管的室温和200～600℃力学性能满足ASME SA-213M要求。

Abstract

The cold rolled tube φ51 mm×6 mm and φ60 mm×6 mm of T91(10Cr9MolVNb)steel piot produced by gcrap + DRI+ pig iron- 100t UHP EAF-LF(VD)-CCM(EMS) φ210 mm round billet-hot rolling tube φ89 mm×7 mm -cold rolling process at Tianjin Pipe. The continuous cooling transformation curves of overcooling austenite and mechanical properties of produced T91 steel tube were examined. Results showed that due to addition of V(0.20%)and Nb(0.09%)and control of N content in steel(0.032%)

the mechanical properties of T91 steel tube at ambient and 200～600 ℃ met to requirement of standard ASME SA-213M.
