摘要

本钢采用50 t偏心底电弧炉熔炼-LF(VD)-喂Al和Ca-Si线-3.16 t铸锭-800/650×4轧机流程生产Φ140～170 mm石油钻杆连接套用37CrMnMo钢(％:0.35～0.38C、0.85～1.00Mn、0.90～1.20Cr、0.28～0.33Mo、≤0.015P、≤0.008S)。检验结果表明

钢材中H含量(0.5～1)×10

-6

O含量(8～20)×10

-6

N含量(55～90)×10

-6

夹杂物0～2级

淬透性HRC值42～51

-10℃横向冲击功56～218 J

-10℃纵向冲击功76～233 J

强度和塑性均满足标准要求。

Abstract

The φ140～170 mm bars of steel 37CrMnMo(0.35～0.38C

0.85～1.00Mn

0.90～1.20Cr

0.28~ 0.33Mo

≤0.015P

≤0.008S)for coupling sleeve of petroleum drill stem are produced by 50t EBT arc furnace-LF (VD)-Al and Ca-Si wire feeding-3.16 t ingot casting-800/650×4 mills rolling flow sheet at Benxi steel. Analyais and examination results showed that hydrogen content in steel products was (0.5～1)×10

oxygen content(8～20)×10

-6

nitrogen content(55～90)×10

-6

inclusion rating 0~2

hardenability HRC value 42~51

transversal impact energy at - 10℃ 56~218J

longitudinal impact energy at - 10℃ 76~233 J and the strength and plasticity of products all met the requirement of standard.
