在正常冷却条件下
结晶器内壁工作温度为250~350℃
结晶器铜板应具有良好的导热性和抗变形能力
有较高的高温强度、表面精度和耐磨性。Ag-Cu和Cr-Zr-Cu板使用寿命优于脱氧铜和紫铜。结晶器铜板镀层的作用是:避免结晶器铜板产生星状裂纹;防止铜渗入铸坯;提高润滑性和耐磨性。目前主要采用Ni+Cr和Ni-Co镀层及其他开发的新合金镀层。文中分析了铜板及镀层的特点和应用情况。
The service temperature of inner wall of mould at normal conditions is 250~350 ℃

Ni-Co and developed new alloy coating materials. The characteristics and application status are analyzed in this paper.
