摘要

通过铁水脱硫-120t转炉冶炼-LF精炼(吹氩、喂线)-160(220)mm板坯连铸-2架炉卷轧机，轧制生产了1.6~12.7mm管线钢L360带材(%:0.08～0. 12C 、0.10～0.25Si 、1. 10~1.30Mn 、≤0.015P 、≤0.008S 、0.03~ 0.05Nb)。采用高拉碳补吹法控制转炉终点[C

]

0.04%;LF精炼时用AlMnFe、MnFe和NbFe合金化，并喂Al线和 SiCaBa线；连铸采用全程氩封注流保护浇铸等工艺措施。生产统计结果表明，L360管线钢[0
