摘要

攀钢采用铁水预处理120 t转炉冶炼-主要成分为CaC

的P1脱氧剂预脱氧、合金化-LF+RH精炼- 280 mm×380 mm方坯连铸工艺生产36Mn2V非调质钢(%:0.34～0.38C、1.45～1.70Mn、0.11～0.16V、≤0.020Ms)。分析和检验结果表明

Si、Mn、V合金元素的平均收得率分别为85.8%、98.0%和96.0%;140 mm圆管坯的T[O

Abstract

The non-quenched and tempered steel 36Mn2V (0.34～0.38C

1.45～1.70Mn

0.020Als)was produced by hot metal pretreated -120 t converter melting -predeoxidizing by Pl deoxidizing agent with main component CaC

then alloying-LF + RH refining-280 mm × 380 mm billet concasting process at Panzhihua Steel. The analysis and examination results showed that the average yield of alloy element Si
