The effect of hot rolled plate air cooling(800~850℃ to750℃)+ water cooling(750 ℃ to 300~180 ℃)two stage cooling mode and water cooling(782℃ to760℃)+ air cooling(760℃ to713 ℃)+ water cooling (713 ℃ to 414 ℃)three stage cooling mode on structure and mechanical properties of dual steel 0.08C

0.02Nb
0.01Ti has been studied. Results showed that 5.5 μm ferite + dispersed lath martensite structure could be got by two stage cooling mode
and yield strength of steel was 345~365 MPa
tensile strength 565~575 MPa
yield strength-tensile strength ratio 0.60~0.65 which were better than that by three stage cooling mode.
