控制LF精炼渣碱度2.5～3.0

加铝线脱氧、控制钢水中Als 0.020%～0.045%

精炼末期喂硅钙线等工艺措施。该钢13炉分析、检验结果表明

该钢的成分(%)为: 0.17～0.22C、0.26～0.34Si、0.90～0.98Mn、1.08～1.13Cr、0.048～0.075Ti、0.015～0.021P、0.008～0.013S;钢材的氧含量≤20×10

各项指标达到标准要求。
