摘要

试验结果表明

14.3 mm HTP管线钢带(%:0.056C、1.21Mn、0.07Nb、0.01Ti)具有严重的各向异性现象

平行于轧制方向的试样在同一温度下冲击功明显高于45°和垂直于轧制方向冲击功

出现分层裂纹的倾向最大。分层裂纹主要是试样中条状缺陷所致

受位错组态影响

有确定的方向性

与温度有关。

Test results indicated that 14.3 mm HTP line-pipe steel strip(0.056C

1.21Mn

0.07Nb

0.01Ti)had seriols anisotropy

the charpy V-otshimpact energy and delamiratig crack tendency of sample perallelod to rling lirec- ton wls obviously higher han that of samples being45° and vetical o mling diecion at same icmperature. The ddlami- naig eack was calaed by stip deice

it we efeied dialoeation confguation wih cerain direstion feature and related to temperature.
