摘要

6.5%Si硅钢片具有良好的电磁性能

是实现电磁设备高效化、节能化、轻便化的理想材料。介绍了6.5%Si硅钢的研究历史

评述了冷轧轧制、快速凝固、薄膜生产工艺、CVD法、粉末轧制法、PCVD法和熔盐电沉积法等制备工艺

以及目前所做的研究工作

指出当前最重要的是研究开发经济高效的制备工艺。

Abstract

The 6.5% Si silicon-steel sheet has excellent electromagnetic properties.It is an idea material for electro- magnetic device to realize high efficiency

save energy and portability. The history of investigation on 6.5% Si sheet is presented and the preparation technique such as cold rolling

quenching solidifying of molten steel

thin film process

CVD process

powder-sintering rolling process

PCVD process and electrodeposition of molten salt electralytes is reviewed. It is pointed in this paper that at present the key research is to develop economic and high efficiency preparation technique.
