摘要

5 mm T510L(0.20%C、1.17%Mn)高强度钢板由FISR(Flexible Thin Slab Rolling):铁水预处理-150 t转炉-LF-85 mm板坯连铸.控制连轧工艺生产。试验结果表明

5 mm T510L钢板组织细小、均匀

平均晶粒度7.0μm

抗拉强度625 NPa

伸长率28%

韧脆转变温度为-60℃

应变硬化指数n值为0.210

具有良好的成形性。

Abstract

The 5 mm T510L(0.20C

1. 17Mn)high strength steel strip was produced by FTSR(Flexible Thin Slab Rolling):hot metal pretreatment- 150tLD-LF-85 mm slab casting - control continuous rolling process.Test results showed that the structure of 5 mm T510L strip was fine and uniform with average grain size7.0 μm; the tensile strength of steel was 625 MPa

elongation 28%

tough-brittle transition temperature -60 ℃;and the steel strip had excellent form- ability with strain-hardening exponent n value 0.210.
