The test results showed that with increasing normalizing temperature from 850 ℃ to1100 ℃
the average grain size of 2.5 mm hot rolled plate of 0.005C-3.0Si non-oriented electric steel increased from 60 μm to 200 μm
and with normalizing at 1000 ℃ for hot rolled plate
the grain size of 0.5 mm cold rolled sheet annealed at 850 ℃+950 ℃ was maximum to 105 μm; with increasing normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate
the{111}
{112} and{114}tex ture in annealed cold rolled sheet obviously weakened and the{100|texture was enhanced. The optimum normalizing temperature of hot rolled plate was 900~1050 ℃
with which the iron loss of the electric steel was lowest.
