The models for temperature of hot delivery and charging of 280 mm x 380 mm cast bloom and liquid steel cooling from mold to secondary cooling area and air cooling area have been established and the effect of oxygen and nitrogen content in heavy rail steels U71Mn( % :0.66-0.76C

cast bloom microstructure and bloom transport roller at inlet of reheating furnace on hot charging of bloom was analyzed by definite difference method. Simulation results show that the reheating time for cast bloom of heavy rail steel is saved by 40 min
and the service temperature of bloom transport roller is 250 ℃.
