摘要

应用Gleeble 1500D热模拟试验机

研究了非调质易切削钢38MnVS(%:0.42C、1.29Mn、0.09V、0.067S)370 mm×490 mm连铸坯的高温延塑性及变形断裂机理。结果表明:38MnVS钢的零强度温度(ZST)为1 370℃和零塑性温度(ZDT)为1335℃;38MnVS钢在熔点(TS)到600℃的温度区间内存在2个脆性区

第Ⅰ脆性温度区为TS～1250℃

第Ⅲ脆性温度区为875～600℃

因此

该钢连铸坯的矫直温度应在875℃以上。

Abstract

Elevated temperature ductility and deformed fracture mechanism of 370 mm×490 mm cast bloom of non- quenched and tempered free cutting steel 38MnVS(%:0.42C

0.067S)have been studied by Gleeble 1500D thermal simulator. Results showed that the Zero Strength Temperature(ZST)and Zero Ductility Temperature (ZDT)of steel 38MnVS were respectively1370 ℃ and1335 ℃;there were two brittle zones for steel 38MnVS in temperature range from melting point Ts to 600 ℃ i.e. brittle zone I-Ts～1250 ℃ and brittle zone Ⅲ 875～600 ℃

therefore the straightening temperature of cast bloom of the steel should be more than 875 ℃.
