碱度(0.7~1.15)
熔渣温度(1300~1480℃)

(5%~15%)对保护渣吸收TiO
速率的影响。结果表明
分别随温度升高
碱度增加
含量降低和CaF
含量增加
使TiO
在渣中的溶解速率升高
其中温度和碱度的影响最显著。TiO
溶解的限制性环节是扩散过程
溶解过程的活化能为130.9kJ/mol。
Based on CaO-SiO
slag system with 0.85 basicity
the effect of rotating velocity of TiO
bar (50-120 r/min)
basicity (0.7 ~ 1.15)
flux temperature (1300 ~ 1480 °C )
(0 〜12% ) and CaF
(5% 〜15% ) content on TiO
absorbed rate by mold flux has been studied by rotating kinetics method. Results show that respectively with increasing temperature and basicity
decreasing TiO
content and increasing CaF
content in flux
the TiO
dissolution rate in flux increases
in which the effect of temperature and basicity is most notable. Diffusion process is an inhibited links for TiO
dissolution and activation energy of dissolution process is 13
0.9 kJ/mol.
