摘要

通过1:3水力学模型

按L16(4~5)正交表进行正交试验

研究和优化34 t中间包的结构。结果表明

中间包结构主要主次关系为坝高、堰与长水口间距、坝堰间距

堰深;最佳结构组合为坝高135mm

堰深90mm、坝堰间距155mm

堰与长水口间距为195mm。与原工况比较

优化方案的综合评分值从74.32提高到91.01。

Abstract

The structure of a 34t tundish has been studied and optimized by 1： 3 water model and orthogonal test with orthogonal table Ll6 (45). Results showed that the main primary and second sequence of tundish structure was height of weir

distance between dam and long nozzle

distance between weir and dam

and depth of dam； the optimum structure combination was height of weir 135 mm

depth of dam 90 mm

distance between weir and dam 155mm and distance between dam and long nozzle 195 mm. As compared with original tundish structure the comprehensive score of optimized structure increased to 91. 01 from original 74. 32.
