X120管线钢的碳含量一般为0.05%
(Cu+Ni+Cr+Mo)≤2%
并加入微合金化元素V、Nb、Ti、B。通过控轧和强控冷工艺
该钢具有高强度、高韧性和良好的焊接性。介绍了生产X120管线钢的在线热处理工艺装置JFE-HOP
间断直接淬火(IDQ)
直接淬火DQ-T工艺和淬火-配分(Q&P)工艺技术。讨论了其存在问题和可能的发展方向。
Generally speaking

and the possible existed problem and future development are discussed.
